Keystone PM: @Jack

Copilot: @Dermot

Purpose

The biggest gains to Pocket’s reliability, performance, and cost will come with v1 and the whole host of innovations and mechanisms that come with it.

Therefore, one of PNF’s most impactful contributions is to ensure the protocol team’s success in developing and launching v1, through: keeping the team stocked with world-class talent, protecting their focus on v1, scaling their output through the community (without undermining their focus), supporting them with coordinating the v1 upgrade, and shining a spotlight on the work they’re doing.

For clarity, any excess or un-utilised funds from the Era Budget will be returned to the DAO Treasury at the end of the Era.
