We want to create the best possible environment for builders of all kinds to come, contribute to POKT Network, and be fully rewarded ; we are excited to experiment with retroactive funding as a mechanism to do that.
Utlizing the funds from grants recieved from Optimism (60K) and Arbitrum (70K ARB) along with 750,000 POKT, to the impact creators. By redistributing POKT, ARB, and OP, we also create closer connection between the ecosystems and demonstrate that our intention to pay it forward.
Voters should get up to speed with the voter onboarding call recording below and then use the impact rubric to help objectively assess projects before allocating to impact tiers.

Score Projects:
Go to the Application/Score sheet on rubric. Use the scoring card to assign scores to each application based on criteria.
Categorize into Tiers:
Go to the Final Score Sheet on rubric . Based on the scores, categorize projects into tiers. This step helps to prioritize or organize projects for further evaluation or action.
