This is how we’re currently explaining the different elements in our ecosystem: 👇

We also have a forum post where we share how we think about decentralization across supply (our node operators), demand (our gateways), and governance (the DAO that oversees the protocol).

We have a blog post and a twitter thread discussing the role of Gateways specifically.

We currently have 2 Gateways, Grove and Nodies.

We plan to onboard more by the end of the year, supported by Nodies building an open-source Gateway stack. Our protocol upgrade (Shannon) in Q1 will enable permissionless Gateways.

We also built the protocol using a modular approach and discussed that here.
