Over the previous months PNF alongside the community have defined our Pocket DNA. Our DNA is core to our success and defines not only why we exist but much of how we plan to build our future vision together. The DNA line item under keystone projects reflects our commitment to this.
The objectives of this next stage in our DNA program is to embed and reinforce our stated DNA in our work practices and culture.

As part of the Metrics program we are tracking a number of indicators for our performance against our DNA, including launching a new DNA NPS which will track sentiment around our culture. We will link this here as soon as it goes live.
The Era budget allocated 20K towards this DNA program. This is a contingency budget and no current spend is planned with the DNA program. In the interests of transparency some areas where it is possible we will see a need to use this budget:
For clarity, any excess or un-utilised funds from the Era Budget will be returned to the DAO Treasury at the end of the Era or at the close of the DNA project (whichever comes first).
